Consortium Member Institution affiliates can contribute to the Consortium database by submitting (login required):

These online tools are intended to enhance the working relationship between agencies and organizations operating monitoring, research, and outreach facilities within the San Francisco Bay-Delta region.

When filling out these forms, please keep in mind:

  1. By entering a resource in this database you are committing only to the possibility that the resource can be shared, not the certainty. You and your institution reserve the right to deny access to any resource you list in this database to anyone, at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.

  2. You do not need to provide a resource under every category in order to contribute to this project; it is expected that institutions will not have or will not be able to share some resources.

  3. Please include only "big ticket" items in this database. Some items that need not be listed are those that are more common or of a lesser value. The registry of Consortium people, including their areas of expertise and research focus, can serve as a guide to locate the smaller value items.

  4. For each resource you list prepare to provide required information including a resource description, location, type, the institution affiliation, and a contact person.

  5. Where appropriate, special criteria or requirements regarding the use of a particular item should be included.

  6. Full viewing of this database is restricted to Consortium members only. Consortium non-members will have partial access to this database allowing them to see only a description of the resources (i.e. they will not be able to determine the location, institution, or contact information with which the resources are associated).

Please visit the Resource Sharing Discussion Board to send the Consortium your feedback and suggestions on how to improve this initiative. Or, if you prefer, send your questions, comments or concerns directly to Ladd Lougee by e-mail at lougee@earthlink.net or phone at (916) 826-6277. For general web-site questions or comments please contact webmaster@baydeltaconsortium.org.
