All Consortium member institutions have recently signed an updated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (You must be logged in to view this document.) extending the existing relationship and governance through June 2006. An effort is being made to establish a new governance to better accommodate the growing needs of the Consortium. Part of this effort requires the Consortium to locate and agree upon an institution to act as the fiscal entity. Three potential fiscal entities being considered are the Association of bay Area Governments, San Francisco State University, and the University of California, Davis.
