The second solicitation process for small grants under the auspices of the Bay-Delta Science Consortium to be funded by the California Bay Delta Authority Science Program has been completed and below are four research projects that have been funded:

Title: Preventing the Spread of the New Zealand Mudsnail

CA Coastal Conservancy/FWS: (Olofson, Spellman, Littlefield, Williams, Grosholz, Strong, Patton)
Title: Third International Invasive Spartina Conference
Amount: $25,000

San Francisco Estuary Institute: (Cohen, Thompson, Shouse, Carlton, Chapman, Cosentino-Manning, Lambert, Piotrowski, Solarzano)
Title: A Rapid Assessment Survey for Exotic Species in the San Francisco Estuary
Amount: $25,000
